Q. How many times will we meet?

     A. Face to face, I will have 5 scheduled times we see each other:

 Our 3-month out pre-wedding planning meeting,

 Checking out your Wedding & Reception Venue & discussing catering logistics (if they are not in the same place.

 2-week out meeting,

 rehearsal day

 wedding day.

Q. Is there a limit of how much we communicate?

     A. No! Text, call or email, I want you to feel like you can utilize my knowledge at any

point.

Q. Do you connect with my vendors?

     A. I will reach out to them formally about 2 months prior to the wedding.

Q. What can I delegate to you?

    A. Once our 3-month planning meeting commences, that is  the point where any logistic

matters or vendor correspondence can be delegated.

Q. What vendor meetings do you attend?

     A. I will attend at least one catering logistic meeting and your venue walk through.

Q.  Do you set up and tear down my decor?

     A. In most cases as your Coordinator I will assist you, and your entourage (friends

and family member’s) and delegate duties as needed. Your hired florist, cake

decorator, caterer, photographer, DJ will all do their own jobs and the workload is

shared.

Q. Are you at my wedding from start to finish of the day?

     A. YES!! From the moment you are allowed into your venue or when the first vendor

is due to arrive to the moment the last vendor leaves I will be there. Once again

you will have your entourage there to help clean & pack up.
