Bartering for Services

YES!  I barter for services.

Wouldn't the world be better if we could all barter for services???!!  I think so!

I am happy to barter for services in lieu of cash payment.  Please note the services bartered must be equal to the amount you would have spent on the doula/childbirth/new parent support package, OR the amount comes as close as possible to the price and you pay the difference.

For example:  You want the scheduled C-section support which is $600, you offer to paint the hallways in my house which is a $400 service based on a previous estimate, your fee for MY services would then be $200!

What services can be bartered?

I am currently looking for:

Tile services - 2 bathrooms, add wall tile

kitchen, add tile to partial section of the floor & 4 walls

Electrician - install overhead lights in living room

install ceiling fan in master bedroom

remove old doorbell electrical box

replace electrical outlets in various locations

install new electrical outlets in kitchen

install outdoor ceiling fan on front porch

General handy-human - built in bookshelf, replace bathroom door with sliding barn door, install door where there isn't one!  A long list of stuff!

​

Power washing services for outside of house.

House cleaning services.

​

You get the point. 

Bottom line if you have a legit skill that can be used for home improvement etc.. AND want doula services without potentially paying a dime or at least a reduced cost, please email/ text/ call me!
