Night Doula $23 per hour Sunday-Thursday night
$26 per hour Friday-Saturday night
Non-Refundable Deposit: $100
About
I help with baby & parent care overnight. This includes but is not limited to: staying with baby in a room, changing the baby's diaper, giving a bottle, bringing the baby to the parent for breast/chest feeding, cleaning baby only supplies. Staying with the parent who delivered the baby to help with postpartum healing, providing medications, ice/heat packs, keeping the parent company for when they need to talk to someone at 2:36am.
You as the parent/s will get a log every morning with times of what your baby did and how their demeanor was.
How does it work?

You email/call/text/use the "contact me" form and let me know you'd like postpartum services AKA overnight doula services and PLEASE put the dates you'd like help and for about how long you'd want help.

Overnight doula services are my most requested support, so please contact me early.

After contacting me, I will let you know if I have the dates you are looking for available. If I do, then we'll set up a date & time to meet and interview.
Please note: I am interviewing you, just like you are interviewing me.

If all goes well with our interview, then I will send you the contract and you will pay the deposit.

Then we schedule 3 prebaby visits to talk about your expectations during your postpartum time. The visits can be in-person, online, or a phone call. The visits will be a maximum of 2hrs. There is no additional cost for these visits.

Once you go into labor, please call/text me; once you have the baby please call/text me again.
What happens after the baby is born?

After the baby is born, you'll text/call me and if you requested for your postpartum visits to start at the hospital, I'll arrive during visiting hours and stay for the amount of time we agreed upon in our contract.

Once you go home, I'll text you to check in and see how everything is going. Then our visits will start on the days and time we agreed to in our contract.

I will arrive a few minutes earlier than my start time and chat with whichever parent is awake about the baby's day and their general emotional, mental, and physical health.

Then I care for the baby during the nighttime & log everything that happens. When my time is done for the day I head home and send you the log from the previous evening.

Payment for nighttime doula services is due weekly, unless paying for multiple sessions upfront. Payments are due prior to sessions beginning every week.

If payment is NOT received and NO communication has been made from you regarding a payment extension, or alternate payment plan, I will NOT arrive for the next overnight doula session.
